The Desert Blooms In Song:

Western Division ACDA Conference, March 3-6, 2010, will be held in beautiful Tucson, AZ. The warm temperatures (in the 70's), sunshine, pristine blue skies, the natural beauty of the area, and easy walking between hotels and concerts make this spot the perfect choice for our conference. The convention hotel will be the Hotel Arizona, which is a seven-minute walk to the concert site: the gorgeous St. Augustine Cathedral. Tucson boasts a down-town museum, richly colored buildings housing beautiful shops and restaurants, convenient and ample parking, a restored Deco theatre, and Convention Center. In the outlying areas there are numerous opportunities to take in historical and nature sites: Mission St. Javier, The Desert Museum, Tubac arts and crafts village, plus golfing, hiking, and horse-back riding. Nogales, Mexico, and historic Tombstone and Bysbee are within an hour's drive. Submit tapes by April 15, 2009. There will be an array of exciting honor choirs, invited choirs, workshops, and lectures. Tell all your colleagues, bring your family, and experience this gorgeous legendary land.
